40 mixed-income workforce and affordable homes in Mattapan.
31 apartments affordable to incomes of 30% to 100% AMI and 9 condos affordable to incomes of 80% to 100% AMI are proposed next to the Morton Street Commuter Rail station. It will also have 30 parking spaces located on the ground level of the building. The project is being built on vacant city owned land and will include an adjacent new public park.
There is a public meeting on September 26th at the Mildred Avenue Community Center and the online comment period is open until October 5th.
