A development with 51% affordable apartments.
A total of 144 residential housing units have been proposed on a site that is currently a parking lot for the Mattapan MBTA Station. There are two phases of the project. Phase 1 contains 135 apartments, of which 51% (68 units) will be income restricted to 60% of less of the Area Median Income. Phase 2 contains 9 condominium units, of which 2 will be income restricted units.
The comment period is open until December 29th, 2017.
