BPDA Board Meeting Recap | December
The Boston Planning and Development Authority approved 541 residential units at their monthly Board Meeting.
Included in the 541 units are 67 income restricted units. These projects also include payments of $144,400 to the IDP fund and $5,817,090 to the Neighborhood Housing Trust, which are used to development and maintain affordable, income restricted units across the city of Boston.

252-264 Huntington Avenue
426 residential units, including 55 income restricted units in the Back Bay
75-85 Liverpool Street
22 residential units, including 3 income restricted units in East Boston
46 Hitchborn Street
44 residential units, including 6 income restricted units in Brighton
