110 units are proposed in Brighton where a gas station currently lies on the site. The project will contain 18 income-restricted affordable units in accordance with the city's Inclusionary Development Policy. 104 parking spaces are included in the proposal along with 12,500 square feet of ground floor retail. The site is a 5 minute walk from the Washington Street Green Line MBTA stop on the Boston College line.
