249 apartments and condominiums proposed in Brighton
211 market-rate apartments and 38 income-restricted affordable condominiums are proposed at 1550 Soldiers Field Road and 21 Soldiers Field Place, respectively. 38 IDP units represent 18% of the total market-rate units, meaning the developer is voluntarily surpassing the required 13% on-site or 15% off-site IDP units new housing development projects require. 175 parking spaces will also be included, with 148 located in an underground garage. The current sites contain an office building and surface parking lots.
